These terms apply to the app and its optional cloud features. Store purchase, payment, refund and mandatory consumer-protection rules continue to apply. Where Apple’s standard EULA or another applicable distribution license governs the app license, that license governs those matters; these terms supplement it for app features and do not replace it.

2. License and Permitted Use

Subject to the applicable purchase or distribution conditions, the company grants you a non-exclusive license to install and use the app on devices you are entitled to use, for personal or business purposes. The app is licensed, not sold. Rights in company software, bundled templates and branding remain with the company; third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and notices.

Do not resell or redistribute the app or bundled assets as a separate product without permission, bypass license or security controls, disrupt services, or use the app to infringe others’ rights. Nothing here restricts activities permitted by mandatory law or a third-party open-source license.

3. Your Content

You retain your rights in the text, images, video, templates and other content you supply. The company does not acquire ownership of your content or a right to use it for advertising or AI model training. You must have the rights needed to use or share your content. Using the app does not grant additional rights in third-party music, fonts, images or other materials.

4. Optional Cloud Storage

When you connect Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive, the app synchronizes app-mode and Program Options settings, user-created derived templates and their thumbnails, and usage counts and last-used times for bundled templates with your personal cloud account. Sessions, current work state and separate original photo, video, font or other content files are excluded. Cloud connection is available in Normal and Expert modes; Easy mode does not run synchronization. Pausing synchronization or changing mode does not delete existing cloud files.

Google Drive uses the app-created NGST/expressit folder and may read older hidden app data for migration. OneDrive uses Microsoft Graph and app-folder permissions to save files in your personal OneDrive app folder. Connection requires the provider's authorization and consent process. Provider storage quotas and applicable service conditions, including the Google Terms of Service or Microsoft Services Agreement, apply. If you connect multiple providers, the same locally synchronized data can be sent to each connected account.

Settings and template conflicts follow synchronization rules such as edit times; user-template deletions can propagate. Bundled-template usage records merge per-installation counters. Downloaded settings and templates may take effect when the app restarts. Synchronization does not keep a complete edit history or back up external original content files.

Files use readable formats without app-added end-to-end encryption. Editing, renaming or deleting synchronization files through another app may prevent their use or cause replacement during synchronization. Keep a separate copy of important content. Provider storage/API limits, connectivity, account permissions and device-clock accuracy may cause delays, failures or a need to reconnect.

Disconnecting stops synchronization on that device and removes its saved connection credentials. It does not automatically delete local content, existing cloud files or another device's connection. To delete cloud copies, disconnect all devices, then use provider controls to remove the Google Drive app folder and any older hidden app data, or the files in the OneDrive app folder, and empty trash where applicable. You can also revoke app access in your account. A device that remains connected can upload data again. See the Privacy Policy for processing, retention and deletion details.

5. Updates, Purchases and Availability

Features may differ between platforms and versions and may change with updates or provider API changes. The company does not promise uninterrupted access or availability of every feature on every device. Paid purchases and refunds follow the applicable store rules and law; these terms do not remove cancellation, refund or other mandatory rights.

We will give reasonable advance notice of material feature changes where practicable. Urgent security fixes, legal requirements or third-party outages may require immediate action.

6. Responsibilities and Ending Use

Each party is responsible for loss it causes under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. A recommendation to keep backups does not excuse the company from its legal obligations.

You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Uninstallation does not necessarily delete cloud copies or cancel purchases or subscriptions managed by a store. A material violation may result in restrictions to the extent permitted by law and the applicable license, with notice and an opportunity to remedy it where appropriate. The company does not gain a right to delete your personal cloud files merely because you stop using the app.

7. Privacy, Changes and Disputes

Changes will be announced on this page or in the app before taking effect where required. Material changes requiring consent will be presented for consent; publication alone does not waive that requirement. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without removing mandatory protections or court access available where you live. If the Korean and English texts differ, the Korean text controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
